Brief Introduction
The Northeast Normal University is one of the key universities under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The Service Center of Northeast Normal University for Studying Overseas is licensed by the state authority as a specialized agency to provide professional service to Chinese students intending to further their education abroad with their own financial resources (ratified by JWZZRZ No.107 [2000] document). Its legal representative is Mr. Yang Zhong, professor and vice president of the Northeast Normal University. Ever since the establishment of our Center, we have entered into partnership with 52 higher learning institutions in 16 countries, such as Japan, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Uk, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, etc. and signed agreements for international legal endorsement with these universities and colleges, which are accepting our Center's students every year. These students are pursuing their studies at varied levels in various fields, from language training to academic studies in various field, for their degrees of bachelor, master and doctor.
